To that end, their goal is to transform the appearance of their properties, constantly upgrade and renovate core aesthetics, build high standards through Resident Community Guidelines and help their residents feel a true sense of ownership.
Nick Najjar
CEO
Nick Najjar is the CEO of ACS
Communities and Elephant Capital Partners.
Nick is responsible for oversight of all business development, acquisitions, operations and property management. With a proven track record as an entrepreneur, he currently owns two other passive businesses he founded, www.stlrealproducers.com and www.mycompanygifts.com.
Nick received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 and is a proud husband and father of 4 children
