Nick Najjar
Chief Executive Officer

Nick is responsible for the oversight of all business development, acquisitions, operations, and property management. With a proven track record as an entrepreneur, he currently owns two other passive businesses he founded, https://www.realproducersmag.com/locations/st-louis-real-producers-9137/ and www.mycompanygifts.com.

Nick received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 and is a proud husband and father of four. 

His interests span Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, Web 3.0, AI and emerging tech, cash-flow investing, business, sales, deal-making, health and longevity, and human performance and psychology. He enjoys history, reading, TV, movies, and comedy, as well as staying active through basketball, racquetball, pickleball, and volleyball. Above all, he values time with family and friends and is driven by a desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Nick Deck
Chief Operations Officer

Nico joined the ECP team to allow Nick Najjar to fully embrace the title of CEO. Where Nick is the big-picture, strategic expert, Nico has a knack for the details, his focus largely dedicated to achieving ultimate efficiency within the organization as we scale.

With more than a decade spent scaling businesses in the world of online marketing, he has spent the last 4 years mixing his experience into the world of real estate investment. This combination provides a unique blend of skills that support the growth of both the real estate and business portfolios here at ECP.

Nico has lived all over the world, currently splitting his time between the Mexican Caribbean and the mountains of Northern California. His interests involve all things personal development and anything that will lead him closer to finding the world’s best taco!

Rachael Wilkening
Business Relations & Acquisitions Manager

Rachael is a proud St. Louis native with a passion for building powerful connections and creating growth wherever she goes. For the past four years, she has played a key role across two of Nick Najjar’s companies, leading business development, client relations, and investor relations. Known for her natural networking ability and genuine, empathetic approach, she thrives on helping people and businesses form meaningful partnerships and unlock new opportunities.

She has shared her insights on networking panels, offering practical tips on strengthening relationships and communication. Guided by her favorite quote, “Strong relationships build strong results,” Rachael loves empowering others to expand their networks and create connections that truly matter.

A mom of three, she brings the same energy to cheering on her children in everything they do, as she does to her work. When she’s not at a game, she’s traveling, planning the next adventure, or watching football with her husband. Fueled by community and authentic connection, Rachael brings heart and impact to everything she does.

Praisy Rose Lagumen
Executive Assistant

Praisy Rose Lagumen has built her career on a simple belief: when leaders are well-supported, businesses thrive. With nine years of experience working alongside CEOs, founders, and operations teams, she thrives in fast-paced environments where she organizes complex details, streamlines workflows, and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Her journey began in client support and operations and eventually expanded into real estate–related industries, where she managed communications, scheduling, CRM systems, and marketing workflows. Through these roles, she discovered her natural talent for executive support—anticipating needs, solving problems early, and building systems that help leaders stay focused on growth.

At Elephant Capital Partners, Praisy brings this approach to the leadership team, improving efficiency and reducing friction across operations. She is adaptable, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Praisy enjoys cooking for her family and spending time at their beach farm, planting vegetables and caring for their pets and farm animals—moments that keep her grounded and connected.
