Nick Najjar
Chief Executive Officer

Nick is responsible for the oversight of all business development, acquisitions, operations, and property management. With a proven track record as an entrepreneur, he currently owns two other passive businesses he founded, https://www.realproducersmag.com/locations/st-louis-real-producers-9137/ and www.mycompanygifts.com.

Nick received a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006 and is a proud husband and father of four. 

His interests span Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, Web 3.0, AI and emerging tech, cash-flow investing, business, sales, deal-making, health and longevity, and human performance and psychology. He enjoys history, reading, TV, movies, and comedy, as well as staying active through basketball, racquetball, pickleball, and volleyball. Above all, he values time with family and friends and is driven by a desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Nate Plating
Chief Financial Officer

Nate serves as our Chief Financial Officer through our strategic partnership with Weekly Accounting. As our direct financial leader, Nate brings a wealth of hands-on experience to our executive team, driving our financial strategy, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

In his time as a CFO at Weekly Accounting, Nate has directly guided the financial growth of over 40 distinct businesses. Furthermore, by having Nate on our team, we benefit from the expansive resources of the entire Weekly Accounting network—a powerhouse firm that supports over 300 clients across a wide variety of industries. This unique partnership ensures our financial foundation is both personalized and backed by industry-leading expertise.

Oliver Pilco
Director of Acquisitions

Oliver is a seasoned real estate investment veteran specializing in niche, cash-flowing asset classes. His core focus at Elephant Capital Partners is driving acquisitions and accelerating growth in the manufactured housing community space.

Throughout his career, Oliver has crossed the bridge between institutional-scale portfolios and hands-on, value-add operations. He has built a track record in the MHC sector, previously co-owning six communities and managing acquisitions and due diligence across 15 other properties. Oliver continues a passive role with Collective Wireless, advising property owners on wireless cell tower development and income.

Oliver earned his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

When he’s not closing deals, Oliver is all about family and staying active. He is a proud husband and father of two daughters. You can usually find him shooting hoops with his kids, working on his golf game, or exploring local hole-in-the-wall restaurants.

Cameron Thomas
Portfolio Manager

Cameron is a St. Louis native with a background in construction and roofing, sales and marketing, operations, and team building. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed solving problems, developing people, and finding ways to make businesses better through stronger systems and processes. He believes that putting the right people and processes in place creates an environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

He attended Missouri State University, where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. What attracted him to ECP was simple: the people, the culture, and the core values. In his role as a Portfolio Manager, he is excited to work alongside great people, tackle challenges, and help businesses and their teams accomplish their goals.

Outside of work, his priorities are faith and family. He and his wife, Loren, have three boys, Greyson, Michael, and Wyatt, and are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their daughter, Cesilie. They also have the opportunity to serve together in the children’s ministry at White Flag Church. When he’s not working, he can usually be found spending time with his family or at the racetrack drag racing.

At the end of the day, he doesn’t want success to be measured solely by what he accomplishes professionally. He hopes to be remembered as someone who helped others reach their goals, lived out his faith, and, most importantly, was a present and involved father who always made his family a priority.

Praisy Rose Lagumen
Executive Assistant

Praisy Rose Lagumen has built her career on a simple belief: when leaders are well-supported, businesses thrive. With nine years of experience working alongside CEOs, founders, and operations teams, she thrives in fast-paced environments where she organizes complex details, streamlines workflows, and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Her journey began in client support and operations and eventually expanded into real estate–related industries, where she managed communications, scheduling, CRM systems, and marketing workflows. Through these roles, she discovered her natural talent for executive support—anticipating needs, solving problems early, and building systems that help leaders stay focused on growth.

At Elephant Capital Partners, Praisy brings this approach to the leadership team, improving efficiency and reducing friction across operations. She is adaptable, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Praisy enjoys cooking for her family and spending time at their beach farm, planting vegetables and caring for their pets and farm animals—moments that keep her grounded and connected.
